Analytics Engineer

Duties and Accountabilities

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer who can bridge the gap between data engineering and data analysis. You’ll be responsible for transforming raw data into clean, reliable datasets that are easy for analysts, data scientists, and business users to work with. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Automation Tester

Duties and Accountabilities
- Deliver high-quality automation scripts that are reliable, maintainable, and efficient.
- Increase test coverage through strategic automation efforts.
- Ensure timely execution of automated tests within release cycles.
- Maintain accuracy of automation results, minimizing false positives/negatives.
- Safeguard the stability of CI/CD pipelines where automation tests are integrated.
- Support continuous improvement in the QA process and automation framework.
- Ensure defects discovered through automation are logged clearly and followed through to resolution.
- Protect code integrity by following proper branching, merging, and review practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or others.
- Report defects using tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
Technical Expertise
- Automation Tools & Frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright,
- Programming & Scripting Languages like Python, JavaScript / TypeScript
- Testing Frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, PyTest, Cucumber/SpecFlow for BDD
- API & Web Services Testing like Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI, Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
- Test Management & Defect Tracking using JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail
- Management of resolution of technical application issues and problems with suppliers and internal teams
- Being a quick learner, adaptable self-motivated and proactive attitude

IT Business Analyst

Duties and Accountabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions. Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Assist in designing solutions that align with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with cross- functional teams including developers, testers, and quality assurance professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills Required
- Ability to analyse complex business problems and identify effective solutions.
- Understanding of software development processes and familiarity with programming concepts.
- Knowledge of databases, data modelling, and data analysis tools.
- Skills in mapping and modelling business processes using tools like BPMN or UML.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to support project planning and execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Ability to build relationships and manage expectations with various stakeholders, including business users, management, and IT teams.
- Experience in developing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and facilitate discussions.
