  SAP Technical Architect


Duties and Accountabilities
- Your role is paramount in assessing the latest, cutting-edge technologies available, recommending new solutions to customers in line with their business objectives
- Your will be part of a very experienced team, responsible for defining complex solutions using new SAP Technologies, which include S4/HANA, SAP BTP/Solutions and Fiori, along with varied third-party, layered technologies
- You'll contribute to offering expertise in HANA and trends in technology enablement, as well as integration with other applications along with nurturing and developing other solution team members, ensuring projects are successfully delivered
- Application development using ABAP
- Object Orientated Programming
- Enhancement framework including User Exit, classic Badis and enhancement spots
- Existing program debugging and enhancement
- Interface development & support for both downloads/uploads to and from SAP (flat file, RFC, IDocs and Webservices)
- Data loads via custom programs and LSMW (BDC, BAPI and IDoc)
- Function modules building, testing and application
- Developments using UI5/HTML5/Fiori App, Personas
- Developing and deploying CDS views/AMDP
- Writing up technical specs
Technical Expertise
- Strong SAP ABAP (Core ABAP & OO ABAP) experience
- Proficiency in programming languages and software such as Java and DevOps
- Proficiency in technical drawing and the ability to interpret technical designs
- Excellent project and resource management skills
- SAP ECC experience
- SAP HANA experience
- SAP Integration or Cloud Migration project experience Risk identification and management skills
- Strong SAP ABAP (Core ABAP & OO ABAP) experience
- Strong development knowledge
- Experience working with Fiori/UI5 application development
- Experience in one or more programming languages (eg, Java, node.js, ABAP)
- Experience with building and integrating OData/REST services, Kubernetes, CAP applications, BTP microservices
- Implementing new commercial processes, building self-services
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects
- Management of resolution of technical application issues and problems with suppliers and internal teams
- Being a quick learner, adaptable self-motivated and proactive attitude
Qualification Required
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Systems Analysis or a related study
Experience Required - 7-9 Years
